Browser Quick tutorial

By Steven Sekis

Firefox is my favorite browser and I really enjoy all the great plugins and options
that you get when using it. When switching computers its often frustrating
to get you settings again the way you like them. Picking your favorite settings
in the browser can sometimes be really time consuming until you get it exactly
right. There are a few that I really can't go without and they for me are must
have options within my browser. I'm sure like many people once you get use
to
using something a certain way it's hard to do without. Maybe we are too use
to having things ever so convenient. It's also helps with productivity its
helpful
in a way that keep you from spending and wasting precious time one setting
up your applications. I have some great quick fix computer
tips
to help fix
this problem and others.

FireFox has an automatic form spellcheck which can be enabled in the options
tools. This is by far one of my favorite tools. Really I can't live without
it. I find sometimes I type really quickly and can miss wording when there
is no
red line underneath. Yes the red line that tells you that you have a spelling
mistake. If you enable it in Firefox every form field you fill out will automatically
check the spelling of the words you enter. Great addition and I would highly
recommend it if you do not have it.

At one point I though the spellcheck was a default until I got to a new computer
with no spellcheck. I was lost for the first few minutes not knowing what's
wrong. Then I found it was not enabled or installed. Since this is such
a priority for
me I went into the settings to figure out this problem. The first step
to fix it is to Go to options then click the advanced then hit the general
tab.
When
you look down near the bottom you will see an option. You need to have
this checked off so check 'Check my spelling as I type'. This will turn
on the
FireFox feature
that spellchecks documents as you type.

That's it, you need to enable it. I'm not sure how it got disabled but
it was great to see that this fixed the problem so quickly. There are
some other
options
while I'm on the topic of browsers and fixes. You can also add dictionaries,
by right clicking within any form field. Right click and go down to dictionaries,
and add dictionaries.

Another solution if you find your spellcheck is not working you may need
to add a dictionary. Without a dictionary in your system your computer
will not be able
to activate your spellcheck. This is another easy to fix problem. You
can add them here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/united-states-english-spellche/

This may call for a new firefox resume so anticipate to have to near
all windows as well as reopen. Now yet another quick option for saving your
open
glass windows in
Firefox is usually to bookmark all of them. Should you be at all like me and ordinarily have got
a bunch of open
tabs on opera reading numerous pages simultaneously and you get interrupted
but want to go back to the web pages firefox features a rapid essential solution with regard to
this. Throughout
firefox
you should press the particular Ctrl+Shift+D which unwraps a new container asking to be able to
name the file. All you open up tabs is going to be despoiled into this kind of bookmark
file.
The
other one particular
is whenever you press Ctrl+D it'll bookmark exactly the one particular open up page. Pertaining to
far more rapid book marks and computer strategies go to discoveryvip.
