Even when the brands or types are different, you should be able to cater to them any time they have some IT needs that must be addressed.

It will be good for you to determine whether this client is someone who is actually suitable for you or not. Remember that every company has its own policies and IT needs. If you send them a survey and you figure out that you can really fill in their company's IT needs, then you can definitely go ahead with the deal.

Use your rate card as a leverage. The rate card is a marketing document that will allow you to show your clients the big difference between a pay-as-you-go service and a service contract rate. It reduces the misunderstanding between you and your clients. You can also outline all the benefits you can provide to your clients with this document.
