To avoid your old sequences being in conflict with the new installs or duplicate software, it is important to locate the cache folder containing this information. Once you have found the PCD subfolder, the numbers should be identified. Many encounter conflicting messages when an upgrade is performed. You should delete the old sequence should this occur by following specific steps.

If you receive a message stating an expiry, it means that the old sequence has been retained on the computer cache. This is where you will need to locate the old numbers in the PCD folder, delete it, and reinstall the program.
