Guide For Tanks In WOW Random Dungeons

By Clark Murguia

It is well known that the most dissatisfied source in groups for random dungeons could be the tank. There are some complaints about it being too fast, too slow, not enough taunts. In this article, I can provide some tips that can help make tanking go smoothly and random dungeons group a successful and enjoyable one.

Before you initiate that first pull, make sure to allow time for gamers to eat buff foods and cast buffs on the group. If you aren't sure the set is ready, just request - a very simple "Ready? " in party chat will suffice. You know your personal capabilities, and that you'll have no problem handling six mobs - but if DPs isn't around par or even the healer is a reduced level. You'll operate into problems. Start slow and then ramp it up when you see how you set handles each pull.

Many gamers are also trying to obtain World of Warcraft Gold and crafting items while they are in a dungeon, so allow time between pulls for each member to loot. If a set member calls out for mana, stop and wait around until they signal, they are ready. Make sure to allow them time to loot after they mana up, so they will don't feel rushed and/or unappreciated.

Blacksmithing can help the players to make Sharpening Stones and Weightstones. Sharpening Stones are essential for Rogue, Warrior and some other classes using a bladed weapon. It will increase the damage of a bladed weapon. The amount that the stone increases the damage is around the quality of the stone. Weightstones works just the same with Sharpening Stone, except they will do it for blunt weapons, for example, maces, hammers and staves. Weightstones make it useful for any class that tends to use blunt weapons. Paladins would find these useful. Sharpening Stones and Weightstones can bring more damage if they are in higher quality.

Uncommon and rare items are easier to determine if you need to keep them or not. These items will either be a little something you can use or a little something you can't. If you're a Mage, and also you find a rare two-handed sword you're not in a position to use it and should market it someone who can. This will come to be easier when you level more in World of Warcraft.
